In the Fast Market, you can place your orders for immediate delivery from 10:00 in the morning until 23:30. However, the service hours of the markets may vary. You can find details of working hours from the store information.

• The products you purchase are delivered within the delivery date range specified on the product detail page. You can also access the delivery date of your purchased products from the “My Orders” page in the ” My Account” section.

• Your order will be shipped within 24 hours if the product has the “Ships in 24 hours” inscription. These products are “FAST DELIVERY” products.

• When the order is distributed, you will be notified by the cargo company via SMS.

• You can follow the shipping steps of your order from the link in the “My Orders” tab in the ” My Account” section after it has been shipped.

To place an order, just follow these steps:
You can add the products you want to buy from the product pages to your basket by clicking the ‘Add to Cart button.

You can choose one of your registered addresses from the payment screen or add new address information.

You can complete your payment by entering your card information on the same screen and choosing one installment option if you want to make installments.

Click on ‘I forgot my password on the ‘Member Login’ page. When you enter the e-mail address of your membership and click ‘Send,’ a link will be sent to your e-mail address.

You can create a new password by clicking on the incoming link.
If the link did not reach you, check your spam folder.

In addition, you can change your password at any time from the ‘My Account > My User Information > Password Update’ section.

Check the status of your order from the ‘My Orders’ tab in the ‘My Account’ section on the main page.
If your order is in the status of ‘Your Order Has Been Received’ or ‘In Procurement Stage,’ you can do it from My Account> Order Details> Update My Order Address. Or, you can submit your request by contacting us via the ‘Connect to Live Help’ button on the ‘Help’ tab in the ‘My Account section.
If your order is in the status “Shipped,” only the cargo companies can change the receiver and/or address. You can submit your change request by contacting us on the ‘Connect to Live Help’ button in the ‘Help’ tab in the ‘My Account section.
Can I order without being a member?

You can order without being a member. To do this, simply add the products you want to purchase from the product pages to the basket and say ‘Continue without being a member on the screen that appears at the ‘Confirm the basket’ step. You can follow the notifications of the order you have placed without being a member from the e-mail address you shared during the order. We recommend that you place an order as a member to access information on your orders.

You can make the payment by credit card, debit card, and Paypal. 
There are no cash-on-delivery or money order payment options.

If you do not have a Sale invoice, you can write the following information on blank paper and put it in the return package, and make your refund.
