PURCHASE AGREEMENT

1.1 “Adam group” or “TheAdamGroupShop” or “adamgroups.co.uk” means the Adam Group Store whose registered office is located 3rd Floor, 244 Edgware Road, London W2 1DS, UK. All buying made on this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions at any time, but the Terms and Conditions governing any purchase will be in effect at the time your order is placed. If you order goods after posting the changes, you will be subject to these changes. Accordingly, you should recheck before each order to make sure you understand the exact terms and conditions that apply to your purchase.

1.2  We will confirm that your purchase order has been accepted. This happens immediately after confirming your order, by message on the website, or by sending an email to the email address you provided to us. At this point, the purchase contract will be made, and we will deliver the purchase goods to you following your order and these Terms and Conditions.

1.3  To participate in our Service, you must be 18 years of age or older and have completed the registration process.

1.4 Transactions involving alcohol may only be carried out during normal license hours.

1.5 We will not sell alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 18 or over.
By placing a purchase order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If you purchase wine or spirits or liqueurs or beer as gifts, the recipient must also be 18 years old.

Our partner courier drivers will request some form of identification if you have any doubts about the recipient’s age at delivery. If the alcoholic drinker cannot show proper identification, we regret that our driver could not quit the alcoholic beverage.

According to your original delivery instructions, once the alcoholic beverage has been delivered, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility.
